Role Summary:
- Facilitates Agile development practices and ensures Scrum processes are followed effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Scrum ceremonies.
- Remove blockers to ensure smooth team progress.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Senior Scrum Master with Agile experience particularly in Agile transformation.
- Project Management (PM) experience with the ability to take on PM duties or grow into them.
- Healthy knowledge of Middle and Back Office operations.
