Job Title: Technical Program Manager Power Platform

Job Description:
As a Technical Program Manager you will lead enterprise enablement and support for low code business solutions with a primary focus on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will manage a small technical support team oversee community and training initiatives and partner with leadership to drive adoption governance and reliable delivery of business applications while balancing strategic priorities and hands on technical support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intake prioritization and resource allocation for Power Platform initiatives.
- Lead and mentor analysts supporting business users with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Provide hands on support to build or troubleshoot simple Canvas Apps and automated workflows when required.
- Establish and maintain governance best practices and lifecycle processes for low complexity solutions.
- Oversee technical delivery to ensure security compliance and standards alignment.
- Coordinate training workshops and adoption programs to empower business users.
- Communicate program status risks and recommendations to leadership through clear presentations.
- Develop and maintain user guidance documentation and operational runbooks.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure stable delivery.
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:
- 7 years of experience in technical program management product ownership or enterprise application delivery.
- Experience overseeing or delivering solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to build or troubleshoot Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in matrixed environments.
- Strong understanding of governance IT processes and application lifecycle management.
- Excellent written verbal and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and allocate resources effectively.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $90.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
