About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role focuses on analyzing business processes gathering requirements and delivering impactful solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements
Conduct workshops interviews and process analysis
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
Work closely with development teams throughout the SDLC
Support testing UAT training and deployment activities
Prepare reports dashboards and documentation for decision-making
Ensure smooth communication between business and IT teams
Required Skills & Experience
10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments
Strong expertise in requirements gathering & process mapping
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with tools like Excel Visio JIRA Tableau
Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder management skills
Certifications like CBAP PMI-PBA or similar
