Job Description
Testing Lead
This is an onsite role based in Pierre SD.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Coordinate testing activities with IT teams and project leads
- Track test results defects and remediation efforts
- Support projects driven by federal regulations state mandates and policy updates
- Analyze system impacts across integrated applications
- Prepare documentation and testing reports
- Facilitate meetings and communicate findings with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in testing/QA and test management
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Experience working in regulatory or compliance-driven environments
- Ability to work independently and within teams
