Job Summary

Urgently hiring for one of our direct cliennt in Australia.
Job Title- Project Manager
Location- Macquarie Park NSW
Job Type- FTC (12 months extendable)
Experience Required- 5-10 years

Transport Onboarding & Delivery Services

Portfolio Project Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the project ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop manage and maintain comprehensive project plans schedules and resource allocations.
  • Manage solution onboarding / delivery activities including coordination with technical teams vendors and business units.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across internal departments and external partners.
  • Proactively identify assess and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track and report on project progress ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved within scope time and budget.
  • Facilitate regular project updates steering committee meetings and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks reporting standards and quality assurance protocols.
  • Oversee change management activities and support successful adoption of project outcomes.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings workshops and stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare and collate Steering Committee reports and supporting documentation.
  • Document meeting minutes and action items ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Drive effective stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure alignment and support.

Type of Experience-Telco Networks (e.g. Design Build Implementation Migration Rack-Stack Upgrade others):

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience delivering complex end-to-end projects within large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects within the Telco environment with knowledge of internal processes and systems.
  • Solid background in solution onboarding including coordination with technical teams and business units to ensure seamless integration.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and experience supporting business readiness and transition activities.
  • Proven experience operating within structured project governance and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong capability in risk and issue management across the full project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing projects within technical environments with the ability to engage confidently with engineering and IT teams.
  • Experience navigating Telco systems and processes including an understanding of internal workflows and stakeholder engagement practices.
  • Highly skilled in facilitating meetings workshops and conferences with the ability to foster collaboration and active participation in both small and large group settings.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to define refine and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities demands and timelines.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and apply new technologies and concepts effectively.
  • Professional proactive and resilient approach with a strong delivery focus in fast-paced environments.

    • Project team meeting minutes and actions
  • Monthly:
    • PMO Tracker updates
    • JIRA Align Updates
    • Project CAPEX Forecast Updates
  • Solution onboarding deliverables including:
    • Solution onboarding plan and schedule
    • Stakeholder engagement and communication plan
    • Business readiness checklist and change impact summary
    • Transition-to-operations documentation
    • Onboarding status reports and progress updates
  • Governance and reporting:
    • Steering Committee reporting packs
    • Status updates aligned to governance cadence
    • Action logs and decision registers
  • Ad Hoc Reporting as requested
Project Allocation:
On 3 days per week or as required. Limited WFH. May change in future to 5 days work from Office
