Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality standards in housekeeping pest control security and catering.
- Vendor Management: Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for contractors ensuring SLA compliance and monitoring KPIs.
- Financial Control: Manage operating budgets for soft services approve invoices and identify cost-saving initiatives.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain statutory compliance including EHS (Environment Health and Safety) protocols and labor laws.
- Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with occupiers address complaints promptly and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train site staff including supervising rostering and performance management.
