Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Transformation -
Global Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive global sourcing strategy that aligns with the organizations overarching growth objectives.

Digital Innovation: Lead the digitization and automation of sourcing processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Value Creation: Drive supplier consolidation and foster strategic partnerships focused on long-term value and sustainability.
Governance & Process Excellence -
Standardization: Establish uniform Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including RFP/RFQ protocols and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.

Policy Architecture: Define and enforce global procurement governance SOPs and Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrices.

Compliance & Risk: Implement risk management frameworks to mitigate geopolitical and financial threats while ensuring compliance with ESG standards international trade laws and anti-bribery regulations.

Education: Masters degree in Supply Chain Engineering or Business Administration.

Global Footprint: Proven track record of leading multi-country sourcing operations and managing multi-billion-dollar spend portfolios.

Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise within the Automotive Industry is highly preferred.
