Job Summary
What Youll Do
Design clean intuitive and user-friendly interfaces across Kapitus digital products.
Translate research insights into user personas journey maps and experience flows.
Create low-to-high fidelity wireframes and evolve them into production-ready designs.
Develop interactive logic-driven prototypes using Axure RP to simulate real-world product behavior
and workflows.

Develop interactive logic-driven prototypes using Axure RP to simulate real-world product behavior

Build interactive prototypes in Figma and Axure to support usability testing and stakeholder
validation.
Deliver polished pixel-perfect UI mockups that are ready for engineering handoff.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers Engineers UX Researchers and cross-functional
partners.
Contribute to building and maintaining a standardized atomic design system (tokens components
patterns).
Ensure all UI work aligns with Kapitus brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices across all deliverables.
Support documentation governance and adoption of design system assets.

What We Are Looking For
Strong UI design fundamentals including layout typography spacing color and visual hierarchy.
Hands-on experience with wireframing prototyping and usability-focused product design.
Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative research into thoughtful UI solutions.
High proficiency with Figma (components variants auto-layout and shared libraries).
Working knowledge or proficiency in Axure RP to create interactive logic-driven live prototypes.
Familiarity with atomic design principles and scalable UI systems.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design patterns.
Comfort collaborating with engineering teams legal partners information security.
3 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design preferred.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time.
Strong communication skills ability to engage in respectful debate when balancing stakeholder
feedback with UX considerations.
Work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to think and act fast through ambiguity and be solution oriented.
