How You Will Lead
Business Travel Immigration
Serve as the subject matter expert for Indias business travel immigration program. Own case management end-to-end: assess travel requests for B-1/B-2 visa eligibility advise on appropriate visa categories and permissible activities and support employees traveling to Schengen-area countries APAC markets (Singapore Australia) and other jurisdictions with specific business visa requirements. Conduct business travel risk assessments flagging work authorization violations unauthorized work risks and corporate immigration exposure; partner with Program Managers and external counsel to resolve issues promptly. Develop and maintain B-1/B-2 program resources including process guides slide decks and templates to help employees understand requirements and navigate the process independently; keep all documentation current as regulations evolve. Conduct training sessions and briefings to build business travel compliance awareness across the organization equipping managers and employees to make informed decisions before travel. Monitor regulatory changes across key immigration jurisdictions and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders; maintain intranet resources FAQs and program communications to keep employees and managers informed.
Domestic Relocation
Lead India domestic relocation program end-to-end: manage RMC relationship coordinate relocations and intern support manage the employee experience track program costs and ensure service levels are met. Create policies and communications and proactively monitor for areas of improvement. Serve as a trusted empathetic guide for employees navigating relocation policies providing clear direction timely support and a smooth experience from offer acceptance through final relocation. Partner cross-functionally with Payroll Tax and Procurement on relocation planning invoice review and cost control; monitor relocation vendor performance against service levels.
Stakeholder Partnership & Program Excellence
Provide consultation and support to key stakeholders including Talent Acquisition HRBPs and business leaders on business travel immigration and domestic relocation matters; facilitate discussions that balance business needs employee experience and legal risk. Track and report on program metrics including case volumes cycle times and SLA adherence; collect employee and stakeholder feedback and participate in improvement projects that reduce friction and enhance the mobility experience
