Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual brand strategy in line with institutional objectives.
- Lead the planning execution and assessment of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across communications materials and channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral (print and digital).
- Conduct market and audience research to inform positioning and messaging.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support recruitment and campaign initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing branding or communications with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Background in higher education or institutional branding is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in brand management identity systems and positioning.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to provide creative direction and oversee marketing deliverables
- Skilled in data analysis and performance evaluation.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
