Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual brand strategy in line with institutional objectives.
  • Lead the planning execution and assessment of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across communications materials and channels.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral (print and digital).
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform positioning and messaging.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support recruitment and campaign initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing branding or communications with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in higher education or institutional branding is an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in brand management identity systems and positioning.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Ability to provide creative direction and oversee marketing deliverables
  • Skilled in data analysis and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
