About the Role

We are a fast-growing tech and growth services company working across development QA and marketing. We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-driven professional to join the Founder’s Office.

This is a high-ownership role where you will manage daily operations coordinate teams and ensure smooth project delivery. It is not a traditional admin role—this position offers the opportunity to function as a mini-COO directly impacting business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Execution

  • Manage and track daily tasks across development QA and marketing teams
  • Conduct stand-up meetings and ensure clarity of tasks and accountability
  • Identify bottlenecks and resolve them proactively
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks without constant supervision

2. Team Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between founders developers marketers and QA teams
  • Support and guide junior team members for structured execution
  • Maintain workflows using tools like ClickUp Notion or Jira

3. Client Communication

  • Provide regular project updates to clients
  • Handle basic client queries and follow-ups
  • Escalate critical issues to founders when necessary

4. Sales & CRM Support

  • Maintain CRM data including leads pipelines and follow-ups
  • Ensure no lead or follow-up is missed
  • Assist founders in deal tracking and scheduling

5. QA & Delivery Oversight

  • Ensure deliverables meet basic quality standards before delivery
  • Coordinate testing and feedback processes
  • Identify and flag issues early to prevent rework

  • Significant reduction in founders’ involvement in daily operations
  • Smooth task tracking and timely project delivery
  • Improved team accountability and workflow clarity
  • Consistent and structured client communication
  • No missed deadlines or last-minute escalations

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in a startup or agency environment
  • Strong execution coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across tech and marketing teams
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High ownership mindset with a proactive approach

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Basic understanding of:
    • Web/App development lifecycle
    • QA and testing processes
    • Digital marketing workflows
  • Experience with tools:
    • ClickUp / Notion / Jira
    • CRM tools (Zoho HubSpot etc.)
    • Slack / WhatsApp Business
