Job Summary

Operations Head Business Operations & Delivery
Location: On-site; Mohali Punjab

Role Overview
The Operations Head will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless
delivery across multiple projects. This role involves leading the Project Management team
collaborating with clients and stakeholders optimizing processes and ensuring projects are
delivered on time within scope and with high customer satisfaction.

1. Project Delivery & Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and client engagements.
Ensure projects are executed efficiently and delivered within agreed timelines and quality
standards.
Monitor project progress risks dependencies and resource utilization.
Drive operational improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness.
2. Team Leadership & People Management
Lead mentor and support Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
Establish clear goals KPIs and accountability mechanisms.
Foster collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
Identify capability gaps and support team development.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular review meetings and provide project updates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure customer expectations are understood and consistently met.
4. Escalation & Risk Management
Proactively identify project risks and operational bottlenecks.
Handle escalations and drive timely resolution of issues.
Implement corrective actions to minimize delivery impact.
Ensure effective communication during critical situations.
5. Process Improvement & Governance
Establish and maintain operational processes and best practices.
Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Monitor operational metrics and prepare management reports.
6. Resource Planning & Coordination
Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources across projects.
Work closely with department heads to manage capacity and priorities.
Support planning for new initiatives and changing business requirements.

Preferred Experience
1012 years of experience in Operations Project Management Delivery Management or
Program Management.
Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Exposure to IT/Product/SaaS or service-based environments would be advantageous.
