IBM BPM/BAW Developer()

An IBM BPM/BAW Developer is responsible for designing developing and deploying business process applications using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) platforms. The role focuses on automating and orchestrating end-to-end business processes integrating systems and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design and implement workflows using IBM BAW tools such as Web Process Designer and Integration Designer. Develop BPMN-based process applications and configure case management solutions. Integrate external systems via REST APIs web services and data connectors. Optimize business processes for scalability compliance and performance. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Deploy and manage applications across environments (Development QA Production) using Workflow Center and Process Admin Console.
