Mandatory Skills: 46 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Blue Prism Experience supporting enterprise-grade Blue Prism production environments Strong knowledge of: Process Studio Object Studio Work Queues Control Room Scheduler Exception Handling Environment Variables Experience debugging and resolving production incidents Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and reporting Knowledge of Windows Server Excel automation Web automation APIs and file-based integrations Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Change & Problem Management) Strong analytical and communication skills
