Production Packaging Associate

Responsibilities:

• Pack and unpack PortableConnect device for shipment or repair.
• Ensurecompliance with Occupational Health and Safe(OSHA) protocols while operating machinery.
• Keeping packing stations stocked with materials (boxes labels tape) so the production line never stops.
• Maintain inventory integrity between warehouse and production floor.
• Actively checking packaging machinery to detect jams or malfunctions immediately.
• Ensuring accurate labeling.
• ERP experience.
• Maintain a safe clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Previous assembly line or packaging experience.
• Experience in safely using lifts manipulating heavy and larger packages preferred.
• Experience using banding shrink wrapping and packaging equipment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to follow work instructions and updates as required.
• Ability to lift move up to 75lbs with aids trucks and lifts.
• Ability to work a full shift standing if required.
• Fork Truck Drivers License or safety certification is a plus
• Organized
• Ability to work independently or as a member of the team.
