About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide highlevel administrative and coordination support to Operations and Maintenance teams.
Reporting to the Operations and Maintenance Manager and working collaboratively within a large fastpaced team environment you will be responsible for:
Maintaining control of multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail accountability and ownership
Preparing correspondence reports presentations agendas and meeting minutes
Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings effectively
Receiving screening and directing visitors mail and emails
Maintaining accurate files records and document control systems
Arranging business travel coordinating meetings and tracking expenses
Supporting administrative standards policies and practices across the organization
Managing dashboards monthly reports and supporting functional or special projects
Managing endtoend service requests for internal stakeholders
Coordinating uniform orders and sending project notices for Operations and Maintenance work
Creating and managing isolation tags
Conducting quarterly housekeeping audits
Supporting document management for maintenance teams
About you
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
4 years experience in a clerical or administrative assistant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook)
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and flexibility
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative teamfocused approach
Ability to work professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Where youll be working
Once in operation Resolution Copper has the potential to supply nearly 25% of U.S. copper demand and create several thousand direct and indirect jobs in the Pioneer Mining District of Arizona with an economic value estimated at several billion dollars over the life of the mine.
The project will rely on a block caving technique to extract the deposit which lies more than 2000 metres below the surface. This method uses gravity to remove the ore and is the most viable way to recover the resource.
In 2019 the project achieved a significant milestone with the issuance of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) by the U.S. Forest anticipation of the Final Environmental Impact Statement Resolution Copper continues permitting and community engagement activities reclamation of the historic Magma Mine site shaft and underground development studies and advancing data collection to further orebody knowledge.
