Job Summary
Now Hiring: Full-Time Lead Toddler Teacher
Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them grow during their most important developmental years We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team!
In this role you will work alongside an assistant teacher to create a nurturing engaging and structured environment for children ages 1224 months. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping little learners build confidence independence and essential life skills.
What Youll Do:
- Build strong positive relationships with children and families through daily parent communication
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Supervise and engage children in a safe supportive group setting
- Manage daily routines including diapering meals and nap times
- Accurately chart and record childrens daily activities and development
- Work collaboratively with your assistant teacher and team
What Were Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience in early childhood education is preferred but we are happy to train the right candidate
- Reliable punctual and organized
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
