What Youll Do:
Reporting to the Client Services Manager the focus of this role is to provide brokers with efficient support to ensure the ongoing growth of the addition you will:
- Assist in the preparation and administration of all insurance related documentation.
- Provides exemplary customer service to Nutrien insurance clients when dealing with them.
- Processing all orders invoicing reconciliations debtor follow ups and an array of ad hoc tasks.
- Develop your market knowledge and expertise in domestic and commercial insurance.
- Boost retention and generating new business by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven administration experience within insurance with confidence supporting end-to-end insurance operations.
- High attention to detail with a hands-on proactive approach.
- Clear written and verbal communication and confidence working with brokers and clients.
- Ability to juggle priorities meet deadlines and stay organised across multiple tasks.
- Tier 1 Diploma of General Insurance/ANZIIF and familiarity with insurance products and broking systems are highly regarded.
