We are looking for fearless students who are ready to take on a challenge.

The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn grow and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically collaborate crossfunctionally and create impact.

Are You The Next Rookie

• Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelors or Masters) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 June 2027)
• Hold EU citizenship OR are a nonEU student studying in the Netherlands
• Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum
• Humble and hungry with a strong willingness to learn

As a Sales Distributor Rookie:

You will be supporting the sales team to develop and improve the Under Armour business in distributor (international) markets. The Sales Distributor Rookie will be instrumental in connecting the dots between internal departments (marketing sales logistics merchandising) with exciting projects which will make a real lasting impact on the business. The distributor sales team covers more than 30 different countries over Europe and Asia so this role will be exposed to a number of different cultures and ways of doing business.

Your Impact

• Strategic projects which address marketing campaign tracking reporting of product sales assortment and planning analysis.
• Template creation and management
• Support organization and administration of commercial events
• Assist with 5-year business planning for top distributor accounts
• Prepare weekly ATS and performance reports
• Day to day: on-going support of the distributor sales team

Qualifications

• Open for students studying any course
• Skilled in organization pro-active and eager to learn and engage with the team
• Experience and competence with Microsoft software excel powerpoint outlook is necessary

Workplace Location

• Location: Amsterdam
• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule requiring 4 days in-office per week.
