The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn grow and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically collaborate crossfunctionally and create impact.

Are You The Next Rookie

• Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelors or Masters) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 June 2027)
• Hold EU citizenship OR are a nonEU student studying in the Netherlands
• Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum

As a Benelux Commercial Rookie:

As a Rookie within the Under Armour Benelux Sales Team based at our Amsterdam EMEA HQ youll play an active role in supporting and growing our wholesale business across the region. Were looking for a proactive team player who is excited to learn collaborate and contribute to building strong partnerships with our retail accounts.

In this role youll help drive sales across our key categories: Training Sportswear Football and Running while gaining hands-on experience in how a global brand brings its products to market. Youll be involved in preparing and supporting key seasonal moments including sell-ins and account meetings in our showroom ensuring a premium brand experience for our partners. Along the way youll develop a strong understanding of our product range and how we translate brand stories into commercial success.

Your Impact

Youll be an important part of the Benelux Wholesale team working closely with the Wholesale Manager and collaborating with a small driven team of sales professionals. This role offers exposure to multiple
areas of the business giving you the opportunity to learn how different functions come together to deliver results.

What youll do:
Build and maintain relationships with our Benelux wholesale partners
Support the preparation and execution of Go-To-Market activities including sell-ins account meetings and trade fairs
Bring Under Armours product stories to life for our partners and help drive in-season reorders
Assist with day-to-day sales and administrative tasks
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing Account Service Operations and Finance

Qualifications

Skills and Qualities:

• Eager to learn takes initiative and thrives in a team environment.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across different teams
• A positive humble attitude combined with a hunger to learn and grow
• A strong interest in sales and building relationships
• Sufficient Excel skills
• Good PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly

Education and Experience:

• Commercial (sports) marketing & sales business studies (bachelor or University degree)
• Required language; Dutch (native) and/or English

Workplace Location

• Location: Amsterdam
• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule requiring 4 days in-office per week.
