What You Will Do:

• Focus on indirect taxation VAT and related reporting during your daily duties

• Drive the conversation about the standardization and simplification of accounting processes in Caterpillar and take action

• Be responsible for compliant and up-to-date process documentation and reporting

• Oversee change management during any system implementation to improve tax reporting

What You Will Have:

• At least a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting

• Great communication skills in English and Polish

• Deep understanding of Data and how to transform it into business insight

• General understanding of VAT regulations

• Previous experience from a manufacturing company would be advantageous

• Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects or activities making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation

• Knowledge of accounting methods processes and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes

• Ability to cooperate and coordinate within and across Caterpillar divisions

• Open-minded attitude towards your colleagues and new ideas the ability to work successfully in a team
