WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update practitioner profiles across internal systems with high accuracy.
• Manage referrer onboarding including data validation and database updates.
• Coordinate shipments of requisition pads marketing materials and welcome packages.
• Monitor and restock marketing and shipping supplies; manage inventory levels.
• Support online reputation management by responding to reviews and escalating concerns.
• Assist with administrative tasks database maintenance and ad hoc marketing projects.

Qualifications Experience & Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems.
• Experience with shipping/logistics coordination is an asset.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems or practitioner registries is an asset.
