What You Will Do

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process
• Provide a transparent professional and efficient sales experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and competitors
• Follow up with leads appointments and previous customers to drive repeat and referral business
• Work closely with management and F&I to finalize deals
• Contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Automotive sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication negotiation and closing skills
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Interest in growing into a Sales Manager role
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
