Job Description

• Bring your Sr Leadership of Quality to help us to improve our QEHS strategies and performance to a new level leveraging your experience in a new and improved way of thinking. Your Quality assurance attitude and behaviors will make a stronger quality culture stewardship across all areas and departments enabling safe and sustainable operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Elevate qualityto a core organizational value ensuring it is consistently reinforced across operations supply chains and external partners.
• Implement early-warning systems audit platforms and risk dashboards toactively identify and mitigatequality risks across the network.
• Drivequality performance through the deployment of integrated digital tools data-driven decision frameworks and scalable systems thatenable strategic risk managementand continuous improvement.
• Partner with Corporate Quality teams toaddress and resolve critical and big incidents ensuring effective communication and action alignment.
• Leadcoordination efforts across various departments and partners to handle and respond to critical and big incidents.
• Lead and run stop listsacross Distribution Centers in the Americas to maintain product safety and product quality.
• StrengthenAQL inspection effectiveness across Distribution Centers by delivering standardized resources visual aids and clear operational guidance.
• Ensure all investigation findings and corrective actions are thoroughlydocumented and sharedwith Corporate Quality for continuous improvement.
• Conduct detailedtraceability investigationsrelated to customer complaints critical and big incidents or events with potential customer impact.
• Collaborate withrelevant partnersto organize rework processes securing the appropriate resources and personnel to ensure efficient execution.
• Design and delivertraining programs handle learning tools and align global development initiatives with business goals.
• Lead LOMglobal trainers handle budgets and team members ensure compliance and continuously evaluate and improve local and globaltraining effectiveness.

Are you up for the challenge

• Experience as Sr. Manager Regional Manager Head of Quality.
• Site Quality programs and governance.
• Quality risk management and certification.
• Quality assurance (Core tools etc.).
• Product safety (where applicable).
• Experience withQuality management systems(ISO 9001 or equivalent).
• Demonstrated abilityto influence executive leadershipand operate at senior management level.
• Ability to balance risk compliance and business performance.
• Strongdata analysis and performance managementskills.
