Senior Salesforce & MuleSoft Software Engineer
Location:India (Hybrid)
Experience Required:10 years in IT 8 years in Salesforce Development 4 years in MuleSoft
Notice Period:Immediate to 30 days
About the Role
we are seeking an experiencedSenior Salesforce & MuleSoft Software Engineerto join our high-performing Care Channel Engineering team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will drive the engineering team in successfully delivering application features for the FCE Service Cloud platform. You will be instrumental in building world-class customer service technology experiences for Ford Credit customers and agents across Europe.
As a Senior Software Engineer you will lead a distributed team of software engineers across Spain and India working closely with product managers and stakeholders to design architect develop test and maintain Salesforce-based solutions while ensuring seamless integrations using MuleSoft.
Required Qualifications
Experience (Must Have)
10 years of experience in IT
8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
4 years of experience in MuleSoft ecosystem(Anypoint Studio or Platform)
Proven experience in Integrationprojects and API development
Proficiency in at least 2 coding languages or advanced practice in 1 language
Experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams
Technical Skills (Required)
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service Cloud Sales Cloud)
Strong expertise in Apex programming (classes triggers batch classes)
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST SOAP Bulk API Streaming API)
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for API-led connectivity
Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware solutions
Experience with version control systems (GitHub)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of system design principles and architectural patterns
Desirable Skills & Experience
Hands-on working experience in MuleSoft environment management/administration (VPCs network configuration deployment)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce extended ecosystem (Salesforce AppExchange plug-ins)
Experience with specific Salesforce platform management tools such asCopadofor CI/CD
Experience in thefinancial services industry
Salesforce and MuleSoft certifications (Trailhead badges and professional certifications)
Familiarity with GCP PaaS ecosystem (Cloud Build Cloud Run)
Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices such as CI/CD and automated testing
Experience with development tools: OWN Copado Java GitHub Fossa SonarQube Cycode 42Crunch
Certifications (Preferred)
