Were looking for a Field Operations Manager to take ownership of how every job runs from the day it hits the schedule to the day the client signs off.

Relocation package or company-supported housing available for the right candidate.
You Might Be a Fit If You Recognize This
Youre probably in a role right now where:
Youre doing estimator-level work foreman-level work and owner-level work but only getting paid for one of them.
Jobs hit your desk already over budget because nobody talked to you before the bid went out.
You hold crews to a standard and then watch leadership undercut you on the next job.
You know what a well-run production system looks like but youre not empowered to build one.
Youre good and youre quietly looking for a seat where good actually gets rewarded.
If that sounds familiar this conversation is worth having.
What Youll Own
Daily production schedules crew assignments and job sequencing across all active painting carpentry and home services projects.
Margin protection labor materials and job costs vs. bid on every project every week.
Quality standards site walks QC sign-offs and the final word on whether a job is done.
Crew leadership coaching crew leads holding the line on accountability building a team people want to stay on.
Systems improving how we estimate schedule and run jobs. Youll have a real voice in how a 29-year-old operation continues to grow.
This Role Is For Someone Who
Has run multi-crew painting construction or trades production (5 years preferred).
Has held people accountable without losing them and can point to crews that stayed because of their leadership not despite it.
Reads a bid sheet a P&L and a crews morale in roughly that order.
Has no ego about being on a job site in boots when the situation calls for it.
Do Not Apply If
You prefer being told what to do over owning outcomes.
You avoid conversations about performance money or standards.
You think on time on budget done right is a slogan instead of a daily job.
Youre looking for a clock-in / clock-out seat.
