• Conduct outreach efforts to promote our organization and attract potential students
• Assist prospective students in completing enrollment applications and required documentation
• Provide information about program offerings admission requirements and financial aid options
• Conduct interviews and assessments to determine student eligibility and suitability for our programs
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement enrollment strategies
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with prospective students and promote enrollment opportunities
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events such as college fairs and open houses
• Maintain accurate records of student enrollment data and generate reports as needed

• Previous Enrollment experience needed.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work marketing education) preferred
• Proven experience in enrollment management or related field
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in social media management platforms for recruitment purposes
• Experience with fundraising initiatives is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to supervise and train staff
• Ability to educate prospective students about program offerings and benefits
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
