What youll be doing

As the Director Process and Change Management within the Retail Operations Process and Change Management team youll play a pivotal role in driving transformational change across Retail Account Services supporting both our on-shore teams and our GCC CIBC India Operations Teams. You manage multiple initiatives with conflicting priorities and limited resources ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your leadership will focus on fostering a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and innovation. Youll assess and communicate the impact of project changes proactively engaging stakeholders to understand upstream and downstream implications. By enabling business transformation strategies youll support stakeholders across the organization to drive revenue improve client experiences and mitigate processing risks. As a chapter lead youll ensure proper capacity assignment to partner-driven initiatives and manage your teams resources effectively to support the new CIBC way of working.

How youll succeed

  • Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships lead discussions listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Solution Design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification solution requirements and quality assurance.
  • Leading and Mentoring Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational operational and process problems.
  • Capacity Management Establish best practices for capacity management to optimize resource allocation project execution and support partner-driven initiatives.

Who you are

  • Youre an experienced leader. You bring 5 years of experience in process and change management with a proven track record of leading teams and driving business transformation including at least 5 years of direct people leadership.
  • You understand business and technology. You have a strong background in Business Change Management or Computer Science and a working knowledge of low-code tools IPA and GEN AI capabilities.
  • Youre a collaborator and relationship builder. You excel at engaging stakeholders building strong relationships and facilitating solution design discussions that meet project needs.
  • You thrive in complex environments. You manage multiple initiatives with conflicting priorities and limited resources ensuring successful project delivery.
  • You inspire innovation and continuous learning. You foster a culture where team members are motivated to share ideas learn and drive innovative approaches to transformation.
