About the Position:
Human Resources Generalist (50%)
ï Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management across the region
ï Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations
ï Assist with employee relations matters including investigations documentation and resolution
ï Support onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
ï Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
ï Partner with leadership on HR policies procedures and best practices
ï Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
ï Support benefits administration and HR-related communications

Recruiting (50%)
ï Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions including sourcing screening interviewing and
onboarding
ï Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
ï Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
ï Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demands
ï Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
ï Conduct background and reference checks as required
ï Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
Qualifications
ï Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (or equivalent
experience)
ï 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
ï Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
ï Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
ï Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
ï Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
ï Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
