YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a Financial Data Analyst to support financial planning reporting and revenue analytics across the business. This role will partner closely with Finance RevOps and Business Leadership to deliver accurate timely and actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
You will be responsible for owning and analyzing key financial metrics such as ARR Net Retention Gross Retention and cash flow indicators (e.g. AR DSO) while building scalable data models and dashboards to support forecasting budgeting and performance tracking.
This role goes beyond reporting you will help connect financial outcomes to operational drivers identify risks and opportunities and improve data reliability across financial systems.
Build and maintain financial reporting models and dashboards using BigQuery SQL and Qlik
Support monthly close forecasting and budgeting processes through data analysis and reconciliation
Perform variance analysis (actuals vs plan/forecast) and explain key drivers
Analyze revenue trends customer cohorts and retention metrics to support growth strategy
Partner with Finance Accounting and RevOps to ensure data consistency across systems (e.g. Salesforce Workday Adaptive)
Translate complex financial data into clear insights for executive and board-level reporting
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance efficiency and data processes
YOUR EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience in financial data analysis FP&A or revenue analytics
Advanced SQL skills (required) with experience working on large-scale datasets (e.g. BigQuery)
Experience building financial models forecasts and variance analysis
Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics including ARR MRR Net/Gross Retention CAC LTV
Experience supporting monthly close budgeting and planning processes
Familiarity with financial systems and data sources (e.g. ERP Salesforce billing systems)
Experience with BI tools such as Qlik or Tableau for financial dashboards and reporting
Strong business acumen with the ability to link data insights to financial outcomes
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to finance and executive stakeholders
High attention to detail especially in financial data accuracy and reconciliation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for data and its ability to drive business results.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Data Science or related field.
