Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology chemistry urinalysis microbiology and other departments as assigned.

• Prepare analyze and interpret specimens with precision and adherence to established protocols.

• Operate maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Ensure quality control quality assurance and accurate documentation of all test results.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to support timely and accurate patient care.

• Follow all safety infection control and regulatory guidelines (CLIA CAP OSHA etc.).

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.

• ASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility) preferred.

• Previous clinical laboratory experience strongly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
