Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM 6:30 AM schedule may vary)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist specializing in Blood Bank for a 13-week assignment. This role involves performing complex laboratory testing and analysis to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood bank testing including compatibility testing and antibody identification
• Conduct specimen analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure proper operation and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Follow established laboratory protocols safety standards and quality controls
• Document and report test results in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Blood Bank or relevant specialty
• Active certification from one of the following: ASCP NCA AMT AAB or HHS
• Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting

Additional Information:

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• Only Medical Technologists and Medical Laboratory Scientists will be considered
• Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) are not eligible for this role
