Ingleside is a Senior Living Community with locations in Washington DC Maryland Virginia.
Each location has an independent living assisted living and memory care areas
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
- Location: Lake Ridge VA 22192
- Compensation: $92000 - $100000 per year based on experience
- Schedule: Full-time on-site
- Setting: 54-bed Health Center
- Reports To: Director of Nursing
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Manager or ADON.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Infection Preventionist Certification required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
