Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Position Summary
The Director Worldwide PropertyServicesis responsible forleading the global strategy governance and execution of property and real estate servicesacross the DPS real estateportfolio (110 locations). This role ensures thatpropertyrelatedservicesspanning space planning workplacestandards and hard/soft services strategyareconsistent scalable and aligned to enterprise real estate and businessobjectives.The position has enterprise-wide impact partnering with senior leaders to shape workplace strategyoptimizeassets and deliver consistent high-quality property services across regions.
Operating as theglobal service strategy owner this rolesetsthe frameworks standards and performance expectations that Regional Real Estate Delivery teams and Facilities Management organizations execute locally. The Director Worldwide PropertyServicesplays a critical role in ensuring that DPS properties deliversafe efficient compliant andbusinessreadyenvironmentsin a standalone operating model.

Key Responsibilities
Global Property Services Strategy
Define and own theglobal property services strategy ensuring alignment with DPS real estate strategy workplace vision and operational priorities.
Establish clearservice models and expectationsfor property services delivered across regions and sites.
Ensure property services strategies support business productivity employee experience and operational continuity.
Oversee worldwide property and real estate operations including leased and owned facilities ensuring services effectively support business growth and operational excellence
Drive portfolio optimization cost management and valuecreation through data-drivendecision making
Overseevendor strategy contracts and service-level performance for global propertyservices
SpacePlanning & Workplace Standards
Ownglobal space planning principles and workplace standards ensuring consistency while allowing for regional andsitespecificadaptation.
Partner with RE Governance & Strategy to integrate workplace and space standards into portfolio planning and investment decisions.
Enable scalable workplace solutions aligned to future ways of working.
Hard & Soft Services Strategy
Defineglobal hard and soft services strategies including service scope performance standards and integration with Facilities Management.
Ensure alignment between property services FM operations and RE delivery to enable seamless handoffs and lifecycle management.
Support continuous improvement and modernization of service delivery models.
Governance & Performance Enablement
Establishglobal governance frameworksfor property services including roles responsibilities and decision rights.
Defineperformance metrics and service KPIsin partnership with FM Supplier Management and Regional RE teams.
Provide insight into service performance trends risks and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory safety and company standards related to property and facilities

12 years of experience inproperty services workplace strategy facilities services or corporate real estate
Experienceoperatingat aglobal or enterprise level
Bachelors degreeinbusiness Engineering Real Estate Facilities Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Demonstrated ability tooperateat an enterprise level and influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization.
Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems contracts and service delivery models.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting cost management and portfolio optimization.
Excellent leadership communication and decisionmaking skills.
Preferred:
Experience in medical devices pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries.
Experience leading workplace strategy or largescale real estate transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with global property facilities and real estate best practices.
Experience working in a global matrixed enterprise environment.

$150000.00 - $258750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
