About you
Were on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Client Services Coordinator who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike!
As a Senior Client Services Coordinator youre at the forefront of the action delivering exceptional support to a team of brokers. From project management to marketing/design wizardry youre the go-to guru for all things real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation and presentation. Youre ready to tackle any client-facing challenge or transaction administration task that comes your way.
In this role you will
Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team and track action items.
Create and design marketing flyers and update as needed to show changes throughout the project. Update Brokers recent transactions on applicable websites and client/broker facing materials.
Execute marketing campaigns including scheduling and managing of weekly email campaigns and social media announcements and maintenance of mailing lists.
Prepare and design various materials including the development of pitches and proposals site tours/surveys market aerials and branded brochures.
Provide general administrative support (e.g. organizing distribution of marketing efforts general office maintenance writing/editing documents for spelling grammar and layout).
Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes. Entering deal sheets submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork.
Monitor competitor research and data collection and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data such as company and title searches and property particulars (e.g. financial marketing research).
Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analyses.
What youll bring
1-3 years of relevant real estate/design experience.
Bachelors degree preferably in Real Estate Business Marketing or similar field.
Experience with Adobe InDesign (Photoshop & Illustrator are a plus)
Ability to work under pressure deal with multiple deadlines effectively handles stressful situations and work with minimal direction/supervision.
Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
Self-starter and team player with a strong attention to detail.
Proactive and resourceful with the ability to take initiative bring creative ideas and solutions to the table and independently identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
