Project Management Office Manager

The Opportunity

Were looking for aPMO Managerto lead and grow our Project Management Office within Product Development. This is a key role where youll bring structure consistency and visibility across a portfolio of projects while building the capability of the PMO function.

The Role

As PMO Manager youll lead project governance standards and reporting while supporting end-to-end delivery across product development.

You will:

• Oversee project delivery to ensure timelines scope and budgets are met
• Establish consistent PMO frameworks tools and ways of working
• Lead portfolio reporting risk tracking and stakeholder updates
• Coordinate resource planning and capacity across projects
• Support prioritisation and roadmap planning at portfolio level
• Mentor and develop project leaders and build a high-performing PMO team
• Work closely with engineering teams on product development programs

What You Bring

• Experience leading or working within a PMO environment
• Background delivering complex cross-functional projects
• Strong understanding of project governance reporting and planning
• Experience with resource planning and portfolio coordination
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability
• Exposure to product development environments (engineering or manufacturing preferred)
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience)
