Product Manager – Small Business Launch and Capabilities

Job Summary:

As a Product Manager (Associate - 601) on the Small Business Launch and Capabilities Team you will own and drive end-to-end product delivery. This role partners closely with engineering design data/analytics controls/risk legal/compliance operations and business stakeholders to define the roadmap translate customer needs into clear requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with Small Business Cards vision and goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements and new offerings.
• Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Define new features gather requirements and create user stories.
• Define and monitor performance identify enhancements and create remediation plans.
• Communicate product vision and updates to internal teams and external partners.
• Manage product backlog ensure agile metrics and support production issue resolution and prioritization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

• 1 years of product management experience delivering products in a complex environment.
• Strong ability to write clear requirements (PRDs user stories process flows) and drive prioritization with support from leadership.
• Demonstrated experience working with engineering teams and balancing business goals with technical realities while working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with road mapping prioritization requirements definition and backlog management.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:

• Strong communication skillsable to influence without authority and manage competing stakeholder needs.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
• Experience infinancial services or highly regulated environments.
• Strong analytics orientation (e.g. defining metrics using dashboards A/B testing where applicable).
• Data-driven decisioning (KPIs funnels adoption metrics).

• Risk/controls mindset and operational excellence.
