Job Summary
Exciting Temp Role with Potential for Full-time Hire!
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented dependable professional to step into a hands-on role supporting day-to-day accounting functions. This is a temporary position with a potential path to a full-time role for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries with accuracy and consistency
- Perform account reconciliations
- Handle data entry across financial and operational systems
- Support invoicing payments and basic accounts payable/receivable processes
- Maintain clean organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy across systems
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting or finance
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with accounting basics bookkeeping or financial data entry
- Comfortable working in Excel and learning ERP systems
