Job Title: Senior Storage Architect
Location: Bangalore India (Primarily onsite; Work From Home allowed on an ad-hoc basis)

Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Storage Architect to lead large-scale data migration and storage transformation initiatives. This is a customer-facing consultative role requiring deep expertise in storage technologies and the ability to design and lead complex migration strategies across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end storage transformation and data migration initiatives across block file and object storage
• Design and architect migration strategies from legacy environments to modern storage platforms
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions
• Present technical strategies risks and migration approaches to senior stakeholders including C-level executives
• Act as a trusted advisor providing consultative guidance on storage infrastructure and modernization
• Lead high-value multi-million-dollar projects with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers
• Collaborate across pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation
• Identify risks challenges and mitigation strategies for complex migrations

Required Experience:

• 15 years of experience in storage technologies and data migration
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Storage Architect role
• Proven experience designing and leading large-scale storage transformation projects
• Experience working with storage vendors and enterprise customers
• Background in both pre-sales and delivery functions

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of block file and object storage systems
• Broad understanding of networking UNIX/Linux systems applications and cloud platforms
• Experience with automation and modern infrastructure practices
• Ability to integrate storage solutions within complex IT ecosystems
