Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for new customer onboarding data maintenance and governance quality assurance of business partners and supporting reporting of hierarchy management

• Analyze data from STEMCELLs ERP and CRM systems to highlight exceptions and identify opportunities for optimization. Ensure customer data is maintained at the highest level

• Partner with Marketing Sales Operations Customer Support Finance & IT teams to deploy effective data acquisition integration and management of customer master policies

• Identify opportunities to digitize and streamline operational data handling and optimize business intelligence capabilities

• Work closely with data quality metadata and lineage services to ensure conformance of content to enterprise data content sourcing and distribution standards and collaborate with Master Data Management team to deploy appropriate tools & processes to support data entry deduplication and mastering

• Implement training and education program for customer data consumers to build balanced understanding and use of customer content while ensuring compliance with internal data policies and external regulatory requirements

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Data Entry/Service related field

• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SFDC S/4 or Magento will be highly desirable

• SAP Information Steward architect and data quality leadership and implementation experience is an asset

• Data cleansing implementation experience is an asset and strong knowledge of MS Office and G Suite applications

• Experience defining systems strategy developing systems requirements designing and prototyping testing training defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

• Strong interpersonal verbal/written communication organization and customer service skills alongside an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines; outstanding project management and time management skills

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
