Temporary Marketing Specialist

AIR Communities is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will join our eCustomer Marketing team and work at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Denver CO!

This is a Temporary Contract position. Starting with a 3-month duration with a likelihood of an extension. 

Supports marketing strategies and programs with goal of improving advertising effectiveness and increasing demand for apartment rental. Enhance marketing content and message among various mediums. Professionally represents Marketing team and company in all communication.

• Ensures consistent highquality and onbrand content across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Develops performance reports analyzes marketing data and translates insights into actionable recommendations.
• Researches pilots and evaluates new marketing ideas tactics and messaging approaches.
• Partners with external vendors and agencies to execute and optimize marketing initiatives.
• Collaborates with crossfunctional marketing team members to deliver fastpaced deadlinedriven projects.
• Tracks industry trends competitive activity and market insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinately closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to drive alignment and successful project execution.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree preferably Business Marketing or Communications.  Will consider recent college graduates.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in related field.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High degree of accuracy professionalism and attention to detail.

Additional Information :

This is a Temporary Contract position. Starting with a 3-month duration with a likelihood of an extension. During the contract period you will not be eligible for benefits unless converted to full-time.
