The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $69200 - $95150 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do:

• Take charge of monitoring site materials inventory from receipt to distribution among installation and commissioning teams.

• Partner with the Installation and Commissioning Teams to secure the timely and smooth allocation of material inventory.

• Support project reporting by identifying shortages and surpluses based on installation material requirements.

• Engage with the Project Material Manager to ensure personnel are prepared to receive materials according to forecasted delivery dates.

• Record inventory receipts stow-away picking/staging transportation and issuance in the Dematic selected Materials Management Tool.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong communication abilities capable of persuading without formal power and leading efficiently providing suggestions for timely principle-centered choices.

• Proven ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders.

• Self-motivation and a desire to build a positive impact on the team.

• Experience in developing and maintaining effective operating/execution cadence reporting.

• Strong team-building skills to improve interaction and efficiency and the ability to break down barriers and silos.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Strong PC skills including proficiency with MS Office.

• Must be able to 100% of the time at different site locations.

• Forklift experience is mandatory.
