Grants Analyst

The City of Pueblo is seeking qualified candidates to be our next Grants Analyst.   

As the Grants Analyst youll perform accounting and analytical functions related to grant contracts awarded to the City of Pueblo. Youll research Federal and state regulations to ensure the City is compliant with all grant requirements and work with project managers in City departments to identify and understand compliance requirements associated with the grants. Additionally youll prepare grant compliance reporting and reimbursement requests for all City grants received.

Qualifications :

• A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting Business Administration or closely related field with:
  • At least two (2) years of accounting and/or grant reporting experience

OR

• An associate degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting Business Administration or closely related field with:
  • At least four (4) years of accounting and/or grant reporting experience

AND

• A valid drivers license at the time of application and a valid Colorado drivers license within 30 days of employment
  • License restrictions that may hinder your ability to drive on City business such as an interlock will be cause for disqualification 
  • During the course of employment a valid license must be maintained and the employee must notify the City immediately upon changes to the status of their license
