The role:

As a Warehouse Team Lead you will help drive our goals by:

• Leading day-to-day warehouse shift activities providing clear direction regularcommunicationand support to Warehouse Technicians

• Role modelling Johnson Mattheys values while promoting a strong safety culture aligned to EHS standards and Life Saving Policies

• Coordinating shipping receiving material storage andtimelydelivery of materials to support production requirements

• Supporting team development through coaching performancefeedbackand contribution to annual performance reviews in partnership with the Warehouse Supervisor

• Ensuring effective onboardingtrainingand documentation for new team members

• Leading problem-solving activities escalating operational or safety issues whereand supporting continuous improvement and 5S initiatives

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• High school diploma;Associate or Bachelorsdegree in a related field preferred

• 23 years of warehouse or material control experience ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Previoussupervisory or team leadership experience is preferred

• Working knowledge of EHS OSHA and hazardous material handling and shipping requirements

• Confidence using Microsoft Office tools including Word ExcelOutlookand PowerPoint

• Strong communicationskills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based high-volume operation
