Position Title: Strategic Communications & Engagement SME

Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility

OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Strategic Communications & Engagement Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide executivelevel communications stakeholder engagement organizational messaging and leadership support to the Space-Based Sensing and Targeting (SBST) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Office. This role requires exceptional communication acumen strategic thinking and the ability to operate confidently in highvisibility headquarters environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft written and visual communication materials tailored to diverse internal and external audiences.

• Develop communication plans in coordination with leadership and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare executive briefings talking points reports presentations and messaging products.

• Assemble review and provide guidance on electronic Staff Summary Sheet (SSS) packages.

• Communicate effectively with offices and stakeholders across all leadership levels.

• Support Program Management Reviews All Calls seniorleader meetings and other highlevel engagements.

• Advise leadership on the status of communication products deliverables and engagement actions.

• Coordinate crossfunctional communication activities among government military contractor and mission partner organizations.

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business Management Economics Science Technology Engineering Statistics or a related field.

• 15 yearsof experience supporting Federal Government acquisition organizations.

• Strong strategic thinking communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to operate effectively in fastpaced highvisibility environments.

Desired Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recent experiencesupporting space programs.

• Experience supporting U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command NRO SDA or other national security space organizations.

• Experience supporting senior executives Program Executive Officers (PEOs) or headquarterslevel environments.
