$191337 salary package - includes base salary $168598 plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Manager Information Records and Data Governance role is responsible for the operational leadership and agile delivery of a multidisciplinary governance team spanning Information Management Records Management Data Governance and where required Audit Risk and Compliance.
The role ensures strategic alignment resource optimisation and continuous improvement across policy development advisory services awareness programs and service delivery. By embedding governance principles into daily operations the Manager enables the organisation to manage its information records and data assets with integrity accountability and resilience supporting compliance risk mitigation and informed decision-making.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have: -
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading information records and data governance services including team management advice and oversight of related policy and technology frameworks
Highly regarded
- Experience with Information and Records Management in a Microsoft environment including SharePoint Teams and OneDrive.
- Experience with implementing Data Governance Frameworks.
- Experience in an integrated Information Records Management and Data Governance function.
- Experience with combined governance and service delivery functions.
