Salary:56392 - 67457 (pro-rata for part-time)
Hours: 22.25 per week 52 weeks
The Whole Family Wellbeing Fund will continue to support The Parent Infant Partnership in Edinburgh for its 3rd year. During this time we would like to recruit to the position of part time Team Leader. They will be expected to continue to develop the work of the partnership which includes CEC NHS Lothian and Dean and Cauvin Young Peoples Trust. This post will be for 12 months.
As we progress into our third year we wish to evaluate the work already undertaken in supporting pregnant women and families. This is an excellent opportunity to join this multidisciplinary working group to develop a pathway in Edinburgh for women who experience vulnerabilities when pregnant.
The applicants must show a desire for collaborative working evidence evaluation in practice and demonstrate a commitment to providing the best for our children and families of Edinburgh.

You will be responsible for case management for a small staff team you will also manage all referrals from professionals throughout Edinburgh. You will have responsibilities for ensuring budgets are maintained and training and development needs are identified and met.
There is a key development role within the post establishing methods of evaluation and collation of evidence and while working with our partners to make recommendations for future service delivery.
This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. Anunconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
