Who you are:

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Pilot Success Intern to support pre-sales projects and drive successful solution adoptions. You will analyze telematics data monitor project KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline pilot programs and enhance the customer experience. What youll do:

As a Pilot Success Intern you will gain hands-on experience in supporting pre-sales projects engaging with customers and analyzing telematics data to help drive successful solution adoptions during a pilot. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams assist in project coordination and contribute to process improvements to streamline pilot programs.

The opportunity:

  • 12-month work-term beginning September 2026.
  • Full-time paid internship: Monday - Friday37.5hrs/week.

How youll make an impact:

  • Support data analysis initiatives to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate project outcomes.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the customer experience in pilot programs.
  • Participate in internal team meetings and customer calls to gather insights on project execution and progress.
  • Respond to pilot program-related inquiries via the internal team distribution list.
  • Assist in creating updating and improving pilot team documentation including team resources and program materials.
  • Conduct regular audits and help maintain organization within the shared Google Drive.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of the MyGeotab database during pilots including monitoring customer engagement and adoption.

What youll bring to the role:

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program specialization in Business Management Engineering or related fields
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted
  • Ability to build maintain and manage relationships with stakeholders and team members fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
  • Ability to be adaptable and able to pivot based on project needs or unforeseen challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation to provide relevant and actionable insights throughout the pilot.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills comfortable delivering presentations training and conveying complex information clearly to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational administrative and time management skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with the capacity to assess customer challenges and propose viable solutions.
  • Technical competence using software programs including but not limited to Google Suite for business (Sheets Docs Slides) and CRM platforms.

This role offers an hourly pay range which is anticipated to be the range listed below. The actual pay for this position depends on a variety of factors such as but not limited to students academic program relevant experience and location. Geotab is committed to fair and equitable compensation and will share final details as part of the offer process. All offers of employment are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work for the duration of the internship and the individuals ability to pass a background check.
