Dealer-FX is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of end-to-end digital customer experiences across one or more product areas. This role exists to ensure that products are not only functional but intuitive cohesive and grounded in real user needs.
The Senior Product Designer partners closely with Product Managers Engineers and other designers to define solutions that address complex customer problems and deliver experiences that create meaningful value. They operate at the intersection of strategy and execution helping shape what should be built why it matters and how it comes to life across their product area(s).
This is a senior individual contributor role with influence across multiple initiatives. The Senior Product Designer plays a critical role in elevating product quality shaping design direction and driving measurable outcomes for both customers and the business.
What youll own
In this role the Senior Product Designer is accountable for delivering high-quality design outcomes that drive business and user impact.
- Own the design of one or more product areas with success measured by usability cohesion and alignment with product goals
- Be accountable for translating product strategy into actionable scalable design solutions measured by adoption quality and minimal rework
- Drive impact through design leadership by:
- Shaping solutions that balance user needs business priorities and technical constraints
- Using research feedback and analytics to inform design decisions and improve experiences
- Guiding other designers and contributing to stronger design consistency and quality across initiatives
- Advocating for the user perspective across cross-functional teams
- Influencing product direction through well-reasoned user-centered recommendations

Senior Product Designers influence planning guide decision-making and help teams align to both near-term delivery and long-term strategy. Work is iterative and collaborative and communication is grounded in rationale and clear explanations of trade-offs.
What you bring
- Experience designing complex end-to-end product experiences in a SaaS or digital product environment
- Ability to manage multiple design initiatives within one or more product areas
- Strong product thinking and ability to balance user needs business goals and technical constraints
- Experience using research data and insights to inform design decisions and influence product outcomes
- Proven ability to lead design work through influence collaborating across Product Engineering and other teams
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers contributing to quality and consistency across work
- Strong systems thinking and familiarity with design systems and standards
- Effective communication skills including articulating design rationale and trade-offs
- Mindset focused on quality iteration and continuous improvement

Expected total compensation range: $120000 CAD - $155000 CAD*
