Job Overview

The Project ManagerEngineeringis responsible forplanning coordinating and executing engineering projects that support manufacturing operations product development and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency supporting business growth and enabling the successful delivery of engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from initiation through completion includingscopedefinition scheduling budgeting and risk management.

• Coordinate crossfunctional teams across Engineering Manufacturing Quality Supply Chain and external partners to ensure project alignment and execution.

• Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans timelines and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.

• Identifyproject risks and issues implement mitigation plans and escalate asappropriate.

• Ensure projects comply with applicable quality systems regulatory requirements and internal standards.

• Manage change control processes and ensure alignment with approved projectobjectives.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives byidentifyingopportunities to enhance processes systems and engineering practices.

• Track project performance metrics and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degreerequiredin Engineering Project Management or a related technical field

• Masters degree preferred

Experience and Skills

Required:

• Typically requires 58 years of experience in engineering project management or a related engineering role

• Proven experience managing crossfunctional projects in a manufacturing medical device or regulated environment

• Strong project planning scheduling and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines

• Solid understanding of engineering principles manufacturing processes and quality systems

• Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in medical devices healthcare or life sciences industries

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall)

• Experience supporting capital projects equipment implementation or process improvements

• Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements (e.g. FDA ISO)

• Experience using project management and collaboration tools

• Travel: Up to 15% domestic travel

• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred
